“I Wonder”

My favorite fighter is K-1 Max Champion Masato, from Japan.
He is a very strong fighter and he has a big heart.
He’s physically tough and he’s mentally tough as well.
I really respect how he pushes himself.
He trains incredibly hard for every fight.
It’s the training that makes him so strong and focused.
That’s why he’s able to endure such difficult fights.
I was so nervous before my first two fights.
I wonder if Masato gets nervous.
If I have a chance, I want to ask him how he feels before a big fight.
I wonder how he feels.

“No Regrets”

The truth is that all of us can only grow older.
Every day is one step closer to death.
We cannot turn back the clock.
We cannot get younger.
Time moves on…
Minute by minute…
Day by day…
I can feel it now.
10 years, 20 years, 50 years and you die.
I need to do all I can while I’m young.
I need to live my dreams while I can.
That way, when I die, I’ll have NO regrets.

WORD HELP

This photo was taken while I was trekking in the mountains of Nepal.
The elevation was over 3000m. The air is thin and clear.
It’s difficult to breathe at that high altitude.
The scenery and the atmosphere were amazing and beautiful.
In the picture, you can see my friend is “taking a piss” off the mountain.
What an amazing place to “take a piss”.
There aren’t many toilets in the mountains, so we enjoyed to freedom.

When I finish training on the sand bag, my body and mind are refreshed.
Of course it makes me tired, but it’s a “good” tired; a good feeling.

“I don’t like to run”

Every training session begins with ‘running”.
I don’t like running. Ever since I was a kid, I didn’t like it.
I remember in school I used to hate doing the “school marathon”.
Maybe it’s just boring to me.
But I start each Muay Thai session with running; so I try not to think too much.
Actually, running everyday is teaching me a bit of patience; that’s good.
And of course it helps build my endurance; that’s important.
More patience and more endurance will help my fighting for sure.
Maybe running is not so bad after all.
