Lately I’ve been spending long days in front of the computer. Writing the new book, editing videos, making podcasts, updating the blog; most of my work is done looking at the computer screen.

My eyes are pretty tired these days, and my back aches. Maybe I’m just getting old. LOL!

Sometimes I forget to eat lunch. Sometimes I don’t talk with other people for days at a time… except my family of course. I work at home, so I have no reason to go out, unless I’m shooting a new video. I do leave the house to take my boys to school in the morning. And I leave the house to pick them up in the afternoon. Otherwise, I sit alone, and try to keep moving forward, step by step, page by page, video by video, podcast by podcast.

The best part of my day is when I pick up the boys from school. By that time, most of my work is done and the heat of the day is over. I really enjoy our walk from the school back to our apartment. There are so many sights and sounds. There are so many things to talk about. We take our time and explore the neighborhood as we make our way back home. The boys are always excited to get their after school snack, go home, relax, do homework, and play games with me.

It’s the best part of my day for sure.
